A Club with History and Heart

Founded in 2000, HSK (Haagse Straathockey Klub) is one of the oldest and most active floorball clubs in the Netherlands. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a vibrant community of players who share a passion for speed, teamwork, and the spirit of the game.

Proud of Our Achievements

Over the years, HSK Floorball has been home to several (former) national team players who have represented the Netherlands at international tournaments, including the World Floorball Championships. Among them are Flor Thijssens, Anna Kijlstra, Roland Velu, Il Shik Sloover, Gustav Le Juge, Dorothee Vogelesang, and Jacques Fournier - players who have left their mark both nationally and within our club.

In the women’s league, Anna Kijlstra ranks among the all-time top scorers, holding one of the highest point averages per game.
On the men’s side, Johan Lim and Roland Velu have secured their spots in the top 5 all-time scorer list, showing that HSK has always played with both skill and dedication.

More Than a Club

But beyond the trophies and statistics, HSK is built on friendship, inclusivity, and passion. Many of our members are students, internationals, and long-time residents of The Hague who come together twice a week to train, compete, and have fun.
