Confidential Contact Person

Safe and Respectful Environment

At HSK Floorball, we believe that everyone should feel safe, respected, and comfortable within the club. Floorball is not only about competition and training, but also about creating a positive and inclusive community for all members.

To support this, the club has appointed a Confidential Contact Person.

What is a Confidential Contact Person?

A confidential contact person is someone you can talk to if you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour within the club. This can include situations such as:

  • Bullying

  • Discrimination

  • Harassment

  • Intimidation

  • Sexual harassment

  • Any other behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe

The role of the confidential contact person is to listen, provide support, and help you think about possible next steps.

All conversations are strictly confidential. Nothing will be shared with the board or others without your consent.
