History of Glory

Founded in 2000, HSK (Haagse Straathockey Klub) quickly became a driving force in Dutch floorball. From its early years, the men’s team set a new standard for competition in the Netherlands - combining discipline, tactical precision, and teamwork that would define an entire era of the sport.

Throughout the 2000s and early 2010s, HSK dominated the national floorball scene, winning multiple Dutch championships and establishing itself as the most successful floorball club in the country during that period. Its consistent performances in the Eredivisie, the top Dutch league, and regular appearances in national finals made HSK the benchmark for excellence in Dutch floorball.

Beyond the trophies, HSK’s men’s team played a vital role in shaping the sport’s culture - producing players and coaches who contributed to the Dutch national team and helped develop floorball throughout the country.

Today, while the team competes in the NeFUB Men’s First Division, that spirit of ambition and pride remains unchanged. The men’s squad continues to build on its winning legacy - uniting experienced veterans and new talents to represent The Hague with passion, sportsmanship, and respect for the game.
